Patios de Cafayate Hotel is located at the junction of National Routes 40 and 68, sharing the estate with El Esteco Winery. The property has two access points:

From Salta:
Via Route 68 from the City of Salta (193 km), the hotel entrance is located 500 metres before reaching the junction with Route 40.
From Cafayate:
Via Route 40 from the City of Cafayate, 2 km from the main square (Plaza 20 de Febrero), the hotel entrance is located 280 metres before reaching the junction with Route 68.
